ZoomCamp programme is based around high intensity interval training and the unique IAR-3.0 resistance training method which our head coach has designed himself.
The programme is designed for all fitness levels with exercise progressions and regressions which allow us to work with people who do not have prior training experience along with people who do.
The 3-4 sessions per week method allows us to target all muscle groups of your body and leave enough rest time so you can recover and be prepared for the next session. However the fact that you are resting doesn't mean that you are not burning calories at an increased pace. With our training methods your body will keep burning increased amount of calories for up to 48 hours after your training session.
The nutritional advice which comes with the programme is essential as it will give you all the information you need to improve your diet without starving yourself or banning foods that you like. It's a flexible nutritional regime and it is very easy to implement in anyone's lifestyle.
